Narangba Family Medical Centre is a 900 m² commercial building housing eight tenancies, anchored by a family medical practice. We delivered the full project, from civil works through to the fitted-out medical centre.
Scope
All civil works including hydraulics, sewer, fire services and car parking, plus the complete building. The structure is a conventional suspended slab with steel portal frames and blockwork.
Outcome
The building was finished on time in August 2021.
